Configuration matters

OmniReach compliance support

These capabilities support your compliance program. They require the right agreements, settings, and business practices.

Optional capability

OmniReach HIPAA Support

The underlying platform offers a HIPAA compliance package and Business Associate Agreements. HIPAA protection is not enabled by default: the package, signed agreements, and required sub-account settings must be in place. Agencies and healthcare customers retain their own obligations. Contact OmniReach to confirm suitability and activation before using protected health information. The provider also documents a Compliancy Group HIPAA Seal of Compliance; this is provider assurance, not automatic certification of your organization.

Privacy capabilities

OmniReach GDPR & Privacy

OmniReach’s underlying platform provides tools for consent, data access, and deletion requests. These can support GDPR and related privacy requirements, including CCPA and CAN-SPAM processes. Your organization remains responsible for lawful collection, notices, consent, and how it uses customer data.

Supporting assurance

OmniReach Security Assessments

The platform trust center also lists SIG and VAPT assurance materials. These support security due diligence and vulnerability assessment; they are presented here as assessments rather than additional certifications.

OmniReach Platform: SOC 2 Type II

February 2026 • Security • Adapted for OmniReach’s white-label platform

At OmniReach, trust is the foundation of everything we build. Today we are proud to share a major milestone: the underlying platform powering OmniReach has achieved SOC 2 Type II attestation.

This milestone is more than a badge on a website. It reflects months of hard work, rigorous audits, and a complete focus on protecting the data you entrust to the platform every day. The platform provider underwent a rigorous audit process so that customers can enjoy the benefits of a secure, independently assessed platform.

What Is SOC 2 Type II?

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a voluntary compliance standard created by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). It outlines how organizations should manage customer data based on five specific criteria.

The platform’s examination covered Security, Confidentiality, and Availability.

A Type I report looks at a company’s security controls at a single point in time. A Type II report goes further. It evaluates whether controls are designed appropriately and operated effectively over the examination period. For OmniReach customers, this provides documented assurance about the platform supporting their operations.

Why This Matters for Agencies

Agencies manage sensitive data for clients. Whether you serve local businesses or large enterprises, your clients need to know the platform powering their operations is secure.

This attestation is a tool for you, as well as a milestone for the platform.

  1. Compete with the “Big Guys”: You can point to independently assessed security credentials for the platform running your business. This helps support conversations with clients comparing larger providers.
  2. Unlock enterprise opportunities: Many enterprise clients require a SOC 2 report as part of procurement. Having platform assurance available can help address that requirement and support larger opportunities, subject to the client’s review.
  3. A stronger moat: Preparing for SOC 2 can help a company identify and address vulnerabilities and strengthen its defenses against data breaches and cyberattacks. The platform’s security work supports a more resilient foundation for your business.
  4. Easier compliance conversations: Documented platform assurance can make conversations with prospects clearer and help their reviewers assess relevant controls.

A Word from Platform Security Leadership

Abhishek Tripathi, the underlying platform provider’s Sr. Director, Cyber Security & IT Operations, emphasizes that this milestone demonstrates the provider’s ability to protect customer data consistently, rather than only during an audit.

“We are very proud of being the organization which delivers on all fronts for our customers to enable them to use our platform and kick above their weight with such best-in-class credentials,” says Tripathi. “SOC 2 gets them access to financial industry and other regulated prospects that need higher security and trust factors.”

Tripathi adds that SOC 2 Type II represents a significant level of security assurance. It demonstrates that controls operated over time, beyond a single point-in-time assessment.

A Journey of Dedication

Reaching this milestone reflects the platform team’s focus. The provider began its Information Security Management Program in April 2025. Through the work of its Cybersecurity, Engineering, IT, People, and Platform teams, it was ready for a SOC 2 audit by the end of the year.

“Personally, I think it is a great achievement that an organization as young and focused could achieve this in such a short time,” Tripathi notes.

Moving Forward

We are celebrating this platform milestone, but security is a journey rather than a destination. The attestation provides assurance about the controls and processes within its scope and review period. The work does not stop here.

At OmniReach, we view the trust our customers put in us as a responsibility rather than a checkbox. As we help agencies and businesses grow with powerful tools, security remains a foundation of the platform and the way we help customers use it.

Platform safeguards

Protection behind everyday work

The platform documents TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, cloud infrastructure, access permissions, two-factor authentication, audit logging, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing. Feature availability and configuration vary.

Use permissions appropriate to each team member, enable available login protections, and review connected apps. Payment processing relies on compliant payment processors; this page does not claim a separate OmniReach PCI DSS certification.
