Overview

OmniReach has introduced improvements to the onboarding experience to make account setup clearer and more personalized. These updates simplify how new users identify their use case and optionally provide business context during signup.

The updated onboarding flow focuses on reducing confusion while enabling better personalization within the platform.


Updated Persona Selection (Step 4)

During onboarding, you will be asked to choose how you plan to use OmniReach. The options are now written in clear, outcome-based language:

  • I want to sell OmniReach as my own software (white-label)
  • I run an agency and manage marketing for clients
  • I use OmniReach only for my own business

These options replace previous technical or unclear terminology, making it easier to quickly select the path that matches your goals.

Your selection helps tailor recommendations and onboarding guidance but does not restrict any platform features.


Optional Website Field (Step 5)

As part of onboarding, you may be asked to provide your company’s website.

Key Details

  • The field is optional and can be skipped
  • It may be automatically pre-filled using your email domain
  • You can edit, update, or remove it at any time

Providing your website helps OmniReach better understand your business and deliver more relevant suggestions such as templates, automations, and integrations.
